In the event of a data breach, WBHHC, through the Administrative Manager, will promptly report the incident to the Privacy Commissioner of Alberta. The report must detail the circumstances surrounding the breach, the information that was compromised, and the individuals affected. The Administrative Manager is responsible for ensuring that a risk-impact assessment is conducted, with the results submitted to the Privacy Commissioner. Additionally, the public will be informed of any data breaches and its impact to them.
